You are right where you are meant to be.

Meet the Therapist

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about supporting teens and young adults as they navigate anxiety, identity development, and life transitions.

My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I take time to understand who you are, what you’ve been through, and what matters most to you. In our work together, we explore emotional patterns, relationships, and the experiences that shape how you see yourself and others.

Many of the clients I work with feel caught in cycles, repeating relationship patterns, feeling overwhelmed by emotions, or struggling to understand their place in the world. Together, we work to gently untangle these patterns and create space for new ways of relating to yourself and the people around you.

I integrate a trauma-informed perspective, helping clients better understand how their nervous system responds to stress and how past experiences may still be shaping current reactions. Through this process, we focus on building emotional regulation, self-awareness, and the ability to differentiate your own identity and needs within relationships.

Clients often describe me as steady, attuned, and easy to talk to. My goal is to create a space where you feel both supported and gently challenged to grow.

Approach and Services

  • I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary, where I trained with an emphasis in Medical Family Therapy.

    My work is informed by:
    • Attachment and relational therapy

    • Trauma informed care

    • Restoration therapy

    • Nervous system regulation

    • Somatic practices and mindfulness

These approaches help guide a process that focuses on understanding the connection between relationships, the nervous system, and emotional experience, while supporting clients in developing healthier patterns and a stronger sense of self.

  • Individual Therapy for Teens and Young Adults

Many of the people I work with are navigating the stress and uncertainty that come with adolescence and early adulthood. You may feel overwhelmed by expectations, unsure of who you are, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful.

Therapy provides space to slow down and better understand your internal experience, including your thoughts, emotions, and nervous system responses. Together, we work to identify patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, relationship stress, or self-doubt, and begin developing new ways of coping and relating.

A core part of our work often involves building emotional regulation skills, understanding attachment patterns, and strengthening your sense of identity and self-trust.

    I commonly support clients experiencing:

    • Anxiety and chronic worry
    • Depression and low motivation
    • Self-harm behaviors
    • Relationship stress and conflict
    • Identity exploration and self-esteem challenges
    • Life transitions and academic pressures

Together, we work to build insight, regulate overwhelming emotions, break unhelpful relational cycles, and develop a deeper and more grounded sense of self.
